Adjunct Assistant Professor, Astronomy Overland Park Main Campus

The ideal candidate would be expected to instruct students in lecture and/or lab for either Fundamentals of Astronomy or Astronomy. Lab Aide Science Overland Park Main Campus
Support the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) students enrolled in human science classes and faculty by ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized laboratory and classroom environment. The courses the Anatomy Open Lab supports are: BIOL 140 (Human Anatomy), BIOL 144 (Human Anatomy and Physiology), and DHYG 138 (Head and Neck Anatomy). The purpose of the open lab is to provide time for students to enhance their learning that has occurred in the formal classroom setting. The open lab allows students to study in groups or individually. It is not meant to replace the formal learning experience or to serve as a formal learning setting. It is to enrich the student learning process in the Life Sciences by providing them additional time to study and to review models in preparation for tests.
Assistant Professor, Plumbing Technology Overland Park Main Campus
The JCCC Plumbing Technology department is seeking a full-time faculty instructor to teach every course in the plumbing program. Our program prepares students to work as journeyman licensed plumbers in a commercial and/or a residential setting. The ideal candidate for this position will have plumbing experience in the field along with teaching experience and a strong desire to deliver quality education that will make a difference in the lives of our students. Adjunct Clinical Dental Hygiene Instructor Overland Park Main Campus
This position is a team instructor for clinical dental hygiene courses. Adjunct clinical faculty will be assigned to instruct second year students while working with clients in the campus dental hygiene clinic. Current need is Monday 7:30am to 5:30 pm and Wednesday 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm. This position could also potentially serve as a substitute when other part-time or full-time faculty are unable to work and/or there is an emergency need to fill.
AAC Tutor I - Game Development Overland Park Main Campus
Tutor students through a variety of modalities and methods, refer students to other relevant resources, and assist with daily activities in the relevant resource center for Johnson County Community College (JCCC). This position provides tutoring for students taking Game Development classes. Position will be located on the main campus, up to 12 hours per week.
JCAE ABE/GED/EC Program Lead Instruction West Park (WPK)
Instruct Adult Basic Education (ABE)/General Educational Development (GED) classes for adult learners within Johnson County Adult Education (JCAE) to help students achieve academic success, including earning their high school diploma and developing job readiness skills.
