The selected candidates will teach 1 section of WEB 120 Web Analytics per semester in the Web Development and Digital Media department, a program within Computer Science and Information Systems division.
WEB 120 course teaches students how to effectively present data analytics by developing and delivering a compelling narrative that has been tailored with a specific audience in mind. Throughout the course, students create and receive feedback on data storytelling while sharpening their ability to communicate complex analytics to technical and non-technical audiences with clarity, precision, and influence.
Web Analytics Adjunct Faculty will instruct students: How to formulate questions, determine metrics, and set up dashboards How to uncover insights from data that inform marketing decisions How to communicate insights through data visualization tools and presentations Social listening tools and marketing data platforms

Required Qualifications
|
Bachelor's degree in Web Design Web Development Computer Programming Web Technologies or related field is required

Demonstrated ability to be a lifelong learner, particularly in the area of web analytics
Demonstrated ability to be an effective teacher whether that be in a traditional academic setting, work-related setting, or other environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a team of diverse skills and viewpoints |
