Position Summary: The JCCC Plumbing Technology department is seeking a full-time faculty instructor to teach every course in the plumbing program. Our program prepares students to work as journeyman licensed plumbers in a commercial and/or a residential setting. The ideal candidate for this position will have plumbing experience in the field along with teaching experience and a strong desire to deliver quality education that will make a difference in the lives of our students. The candidate should be available to both day and evening classes.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the plumbing code, construction trade, and experience in the plumbing trade.
- Five (5) years industry experience and an AAS in plumbing technology or a closely related field, or three (3) years industry experience with a BS or closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master Plumber's license in Kansas or Missouri.
