The Box Office Assistant performs all daily box office duties including ticket sales, prepares deposits and financial reports and provides customer support and assistance to the Box Office Manager. The Box Office Assistant is responsible for the operation of the box office in the absence of the manager.

Job Duties
|
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Main duty – Complete Ticket orders
- Main duty – Reconciliation of Daily Sales, Monthly Sales Tax Reports, Post-show Settlements, and other financial reporting
- Main duty – Safe Audits
- Main duty – Performance Supervision
- Main duty – Responsible for operations in absence of Manager
