Job Summary

Serve as administrative support to various functional areas of Human Resources, specifically employment services and as back-up for front desk coverage. Central point of contact for phone calls, directing visitors, relaying messages, and facilitating communications. Utilizes the HRIS software to process a variety of software applications related to: employment, employee information, and other confidential data.

 

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources or Customer Service.
Must be able to use a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as database navigation.
Strong organizational skills; ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously; flexibility.
Must be able to prioritize tasks with the ability to readjust frequently.
Must be able to identify and resolve problems.
Commitment to accuracy; attention to detail.
Strong and effective interpersonal skills; ability to diffuse conflict.
Ability to be discreet and maintain utmost confidentiality.
