Starting Salary Range: $15.68-$19.03 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor handle receiving, logging, and routing of all General Course Material deliveries, check-in, stocking, online order processing, and return of textbooks and merchandise. Perform operational duties at buyback, rental check-in at the end of each semester, and take part in cyclical and fiscal, physical inventory. This position reports to Supervisor, Bookstore Warehouse.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and two years related work required.
- Incumbent must be able to pull and push 50 pounds, and lift and carry 25 pounds.

Position details include but are not limited to:
- Receiving & Inventory Intake: Receive, unpack, and log all incoming shipments of textbooks, course materials, and College Now orders into the system within a timely manner.
- Returns & Vendor Coordination: Execute ongoing returns managing monthly shipments of excess inventory, outdated titles to third-party buyback vendors, and coordinating frequent returns to wholesalers.
- Documentation, Accounting & Resolution: Verify receiving documentation, packing slips, and invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy, and route completed paperwork to the accounting department on time. Collaborate with buyers, publishers and internal departments to resolve shipping errors, invoice discrepancies, and tracking orders.
- Warehouse & Sales Floor Stock Management: Organize and manage the warehouse backstock area for all textbooks, keeping inventory clearly labeled, systematically arranged, and prepared for busy periods. Assist with tagging textbooks and stocking them on the sales floor.
- Inventory Counts & Auditing: Participate in bookstore cycle inventory counts and fiscal inventory and assist with research and correction of errors.
- Other duties as assigned: Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity, may be updated at any time at the discretion of management.
