Starting Salary Range: $38,037-$48,671 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary: Assist the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Head Men's Soccer Coach in all aspects of the collegiate soccer program, including academics, coaching, scouting, recruiting, inventory maintenance, travel, and social media.
Required Qualifications:
- Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline.
- Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
- Requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience playing the goalkeeper position and coaching the goalkeeper position at a collegiate level.
- Valid Driver's License

Position details include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate and recruit high-quality competitive athletes across the US to the JCCC soccer program.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling on-campus JCCC visits for recruiting prospects.
- Track and manage program schedules, expenses, and purchases for hotels, meals, and transportation.
- Assist in developing student-athletes who will successfully represent JCCC academically, athletically, and socially within the community.
- Assist the Head Coach with executing practice drills, strength and conditioning programs, and coaching top performance during games.
- Assist with developing team strategy and utilize the software tools provided to track and review game footage and scouting to improve team play.
- Manage and utilize various software programs to review and share valuable sports data, video clips, and visual statistics about players, teams, and games with the Head Coach.
- Coordinate the maintenance, cleaning schedule, and organization of all uniforms, equipment, and gear.
- Promote the Soccer program by planning community engagement events and selecting opportunities for team service projects.
- Monitor academic progress and status of team athletes and assist in fostering student study groups when needed.
- Maintain accurate records, statistics, and documentation related to all aspects of the players and program and produce status reports or presentations as needed.
- Assist with social media presence by posting game day information, scores, awards, and player highlights on various channels.
