Starting Salary Range:  $18.22-$23.31 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume.

Position Summary: Provide support to the Collaboration Center (CoLab) in its mission to create collaborative, experiential learning opportunities for students and faculty. Responsible for space and event management, physical scheduling, virtual scheduling, webinar support, daily facility maintenance, light technical support, and superior service for faculty, staff, students, and community visitors. Demonstrate and troubleshoot technology usage in the workspaces.

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of related experience.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate, schedule, manage CoLab space, run technology, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Greet students, faculty, staff, and visitors and provide prompt and courteous customer service to address questions and refer to the appropriate resources. 
  • Responsible for the safety, maintenance, and security of the facility, furnishings, and equipment. 
  • Demonstrate technology usage in workspaces and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Support promotional efforts on behalf of the CoLab through appropriate social media, signage, blog management, and other avenues.
  • Remain current on the latest tools and technology hardware and applications to support and train students, staff, and faculty. 
  • Lead projects, such as LinkedIn workshops, Motion Capture studio, and Virtual Reality programs.
  • Develop and conduct informational training presentations for professional development and workshops for internal and external partners. 
  • Assist with the daily schedule and event management, including unlocking meeting/event rooms. 
  • Ensure CoLab policies and procedures are being followed at all times.
