Pay Range: $17.82-$22.80 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Program, load, monitor, and inspect final print products and perform a variety of related duties to support on-time print order processing on behalf of Johnson County Community College (JCCC).
Required Qualifications:
- Requires a High School Diploma.
- Typically requires little to no related experience.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Produce high-quality printed materials by operating mailing software and print finishing hardware and equipment to laminate, bind, sort, fold, and shrink wrap.
- Execute on-time daily printing for requests of classroom and instructional materials, event promotional mailings, intricate marketing campaign pieces, and support materials for all JCCC departments and affiliates.
- Finish requests using lamination, folding, stuffing, shrink wrapping, binding, cutting, perforating, or other needs as required by each project.
- Deliver final products to requestors across campus, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure equipment is well maintained and ready to use.
- Manage the scheduling and prioritization of printing jobs appropriately in order to meet deadlines and ensure the quality and timely completion of printing projects.
- Assist with wide format printing as requested.
- Monitor print output for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Support basic graphic design tasks, including formatting documents, resizing images, and preparing files for printing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any printing issues or errors. Ensure all equipment is in working order.
- Maintain accurate records of print job details.
- Work closely with leaders and more experienced team members to train, receive feedback, and learn best practices.
