Pay Range:  $53,900.00-$70,100.00 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Provide course analysis, planning, organization, research, building practices, design methodology, and multimedia content creation, incorporating appropriate educational technologies and one-on-one collaboration with faculty to develop instructional activities aligned with learning objectives and course outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.
  • Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Design instructional content and align learning standards with the course material using logical, coherent structure for students to navigate from one topic to the next easily. 
  • Work with faculty and staff to plan, build courses, and ensure online course material provides students with meaningful learning experiences.
  • Develop and produce accessible, high-quality, creative, engaging, relevant, and easy-to-navigate learning materials.
  • Create engaging learning activities, course content, and interactive products using proven instructional design principles and research-based learning theories.
  • Create engaging instructional materials to enhance student learning using audio, video, simulations, demonstrations, interactive media, etc., to connect students with relevant real-world learning opportunities. 
  • Perform needs analysis and develop learning material blueprints. 
  • Work under established standards, style guides, processes, and templates to ensure consistency.
  • Remain current with the latest learning strategies and instructional technologies and assess their potential impact on higher education.
