Job Summary

The administrative assistant provides support for the Program Director, CTE Transitions and is responsible for support functions related to the Carl D. Perkins grant, including tracking budgets and reconciling inventory, as well as other grants and projects assigned to the department.

 

Required Qualifications

High School diploma
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team environment
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and other software packages necessary for developing and submitting reports/documents
Accurate record-keeping skills
Detail-oriented

 

Preferred Qualifications

Three to five years working in a postsecondary environment
One-year postsecondary education
Knowledge of Banner software
