Position Summary: The Box Office Rental Events Coordinator has responsibility for managing all box office aspects of rental and hosted events using MTC facilities, including leadership and supervision of staff, communication and relationship management with external clients, and working with the Box Office Manager on ticketing solutions and creation of rental policies and procedures. This position coordinates with stakeholders across the College and in partner organizations outside the College who are renting College facilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required; 4+ years of relevant experience required

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage ticketing for all hosted and rental events using MTC facilities.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders across the College and with rental clients.
- Represent the box office and the College to external and internal stakeholders with effective communication strategies and customer service best practices.
- Provide high level of customer service to rental clients and their patrons.
- Develop box office and ticketing solutions for clients which provide the resources and support needed for their events while maintaining alignment with MTC and College policies.
- Assist Box Office Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures for rental/hosted clients.
- Maintain open communication with Bursar’s Office, Third Party Billing, and Financial Services departments regarding status of agency accounts used for rental/hosted events.
- Serve as Manager on Duty at all ticketed rental/hosted events in MTC spaces.
- Finalize financial settlement documentation after each rental/hosted event.
