Pay Range:  $15.95-$20.31 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Perform duties consistent with coffee bar and convenience store operations, including oversight of stock levels and food and beverage service and preparation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Senior-level support role.
  • Completes assignments with little supervision.
  • May assist less-experienced team members.
  • Requires a High School Diploma and 3+ years of related experience.
  • Must be able to pass ServeSafe Certification once employed.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high quality customer service, including resolution of concerns and issues to maximize the customer experience.
  • Develop, write, and maintain employee's schedule on a weekly basis, including last minute staffing coverage. 
  • Coach and train part-time temporary baristas and communicate product and staff concerns or needs to leadership.
  • Order and perform monthly inventory procedures and monitor use by dates on all products.
  • Monitor storage, production, delivery, and service to ensure compliance with all health codes and regulations.
  • Maintain clean and sanitary working conditions and ensure the daily cleaning schedule is executed. 
  • Take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and operate cash register. 
  • Ensure department equipment is in working order, troubleshoot problems, and arrange for repairs.
  • Monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly.
  • Assist in all aspects of dining services across campus when needed.
