JCCC is searching to fill our open, full-time Administrative Assistant position in Human Resources. The person in this position will professionally communicate with all levels of staff, vendors and students; will prepare various types of correspondence; organize data and information through databases, spreadsheets and various other documents; serve as a central point of contact through phone calls, emails and visitors; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
The person in this position will support staff members by scheduling meetings and rooms; maintaining office supplies; providing branch communications and correspondence; maintaining digital records; reconciling budget; researching information; maximizing time effectiveness through planning and scheduling meetings, seminars, travel and other events. This position is responsible for assisting internal and external stakeholders with questions, complaints/problems; providing Human Resources and JCCC information as needed and handling special reports.
The Administrative Assistant will assist with the planning, coordination and execution of day-to-day operations including: assisting with creation of reports, proposals, projects and data collection; preparing various types of contracts and forms in various software systems; tracking data and forms; coordinating the procurement of supplies and catering as needed.
