The Staff Dentist is a integral member of the Dental Hygiene Program who works in collaboration with the supervising dental hygiene faculty in treating patients scheduled for care in the JCCC dental hygiene on-site clinical facility.
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Information Technology Overland Park Main Campus
Teach day or evening hybrid courses in Linux, Cisco Networking, Cybersecurity, Operating Systems, and Cloud Computing. Responsibilities include preparing course materials for instruction; following provided course outlines and assessing objectives; performing administrative tasks such as submitting course grades, syllabi, and attendance; occasionally participating in professional development activities, and meeting with students before or after class as needed. Note: This position requires an on campus presence. It is not a remote position.
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Astronomy Overland Park Main Campus
JCCC is looking for applicants for a part-time astronomy position in the Astronomy Department. The ideal candidate would be expected to instruct students in lecture and/or lab for either Fundamentals of Astronomy or Astronomy. The ideal candidate would need to be able to teach face-to-face and/or online starting in Jan 2025 for the spring semester. The Electrical Technology program is seeking qualified candidates for Adjunct Assistant Professor. The candidate would teach residential electrical construction wiring methods, which include relevant NEC codes, safe practices using tools and materials, and residential blueprint reading. Courses are taught in laboratory and lecture settings. Class meeting times are during the evening hours with some online work completed outside of class.
