Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.20 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Provide outstanding customer service to students, instructors, staff, and guests for the Olathe Health Education Center at Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Serve as the eyes of the building, keeping aware of visitors entering and leaving the facility, and communicate needs and concerns with campus departments that support the facility and the Operations Director.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- % - Act as the initial point of contact of the center during business hours to welcome students, faculty, and visitors as they enter the facility. - (Essential)

- % - Maintain and bring awareness of all building safety procedures to assist others in the event of any emergency. - (Essential)
- % - Communicate with campus departments, Security, Maintenance, Instructional Technology, and Audio-Visual when needed for assistance. - (Essential)
- % - Coordinate and oversee event or special function coverage. - (Essential)
- % - Order and maintain office supply inventory. - (Essential)
- % - Answer phones and e-mail, provide information, and/or transfer or redirect calls to the appropriate contact. - (Essential)
