Position Summary: JCCC Workforce Development and Continuing Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced instructor to join our team and teach students how to effectively use Apple Vision Pro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, particularly in Apple's Vision Pro software, and a passion for teaching and empowering students. This is a part time position teaching courses when enrollment is sufficient to run assigned classes.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on activities, to teach students how to use Apple Vision Pro effectively.
- Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to students, covering topics such as navigating the interface, utilizing features, and customizing settings.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in Apple's software and technology, attending training sessions and workshops as needed to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with technology and a strong understanding of Apple's product line, particularly Vision Pro hardware and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Teaching experience in a continuing education or adult education setting, with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective instructional materials.
