Position Summary: Life and Leisure (L&L) provides quality continuing education opportunities for students seeking to learn more about in topics such as: Arts & Crafts, Dance, Egyptology, Food & Wine, Foreign Languages, Home & Garden, Music, Photography, and more. Qualified instructors are needed to develop and deliver various life and leisure classes. Classes are conducted in a continuing education classroom environment or live online in the morning, afternoon or evening sessions during weekdays or weekends.

L&L instructors should be prepared to create seminars that draw from their own professional background, work experience or areas of significant personal interest. A variety of topics or areas will be offered so the audience can draw from for personal and professional enrichment. Instructors are expected to provide quality teaching materials including documentation to substantiate teaching.

We are currently seeking instructors in Arts & Crafts, Dance, Food & Wine, and Foreign Languages.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior teaching experience
  • Experienced in areas of life and leisure topics included but not limited to: Arts & Crafts, Dance, Egyptology, Food & Wine, Foreign Languages, Home & Garden, Music, Photography, and more

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Canvas, and Zoom
  • Experience teaching seminars and workshops
