Clinical Instructor, Registered Nursing in Overland Park Main Campus
Johnson County Community College is seeking part-time clinical instructors to teach in the areas of Med/Surg, or Maternal-Child/Pediatrics, in the acute care hospital setting, starting in the spring 2026 term. Instructors would work with a group of 2nd semester or 4th semester ADN students at a clinical agency setting one (1) day a week. This individual may be asked to be available for on campus activities as needed.

Adjunct Assistant Professor, Psychology in Overland Park Main Campus
The Psychology Department at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) is looking for Adjunct Faculty who can teach psychology courses in person and/or online formats following departmental guidelines for the courses. Preference will be given to successful candidates who can teach in person during the day, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Courses are taught on an "as needed" basis. Courses to be taught include Introduction to Psychology, Human Development, Psychological Statistics, and/or Research Methods in Psychology. Adjunct Faculty need to be a resident Kansas or Missouri and need to be able to attend occasional meetings on campus in Overland Park, Kansas. Review of applicants will begin immediately.

This role ensures that all materials, solutions, and equipment are prepared and maintained for laboratory courses including: - Principles of Cell and Molecular Biology - General Genetics - Microbiology Lab The coordinator collaborates with faculty to update procedures and support new experiments, requiring substantial knowledge of biology and laboratory practices. Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, inventory management, hazardous waste handling, coordination and oversight of student workers.
