The Compensation Manager works closely with the Vice President and Director of the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for developing and leading Johnson County Community College’s (JCCC) compensation program and initiatives. The Compensation Manager provides strategic input to the development of compensation policies and practices, offers compensation advice and support, and conducts internal and external pay analysis. The role also ensures that JCCC’s compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

The CLEAR program instructor will teach postsecondary academic, enrichment classes and/or social skills to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a college environment during the CLEAR Saturday program. The instructor is responsible for developing curriculum and providing classroom instruction. This position will be responsible for teaching a cooking class and creating lesson plans utilizing a given curriculum.

The IT Service Management (ITSM) Process and Development Analyst is responsible for defining, implementing and continually improving the ITIL-based service management processes and best practices for managing college IT services. This position combines both process analysis and technical development to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery. The ITSM Process and Development Analyst creates and manages service management process flows, while contributing to the development and automation of IT service processes to enhance the reliability, value and efficiency of IT services.
