    Adjunct Professor - Horticulture in Overland Park Main Campus

    JCCC is looking for applicants for part-time faculty positions in the Horticulture Department. The positions are for the Spring 2025 semester. The ideal candidate will be expected to instruct students in one or more of the following courses: Home Horticulture (HORT 115), Plant Propagation (HORT 205), Plant Problems (HORT 225), and Turfgrass II (HORT 240). All classes will be offered in a face-to-face format during the day. All applications must be submitted to the JCCC jobs portal.

    The AAC LRC Tutor Coordinator supports student academic success by managing the daily operations of the tutoring programs in the Academic Achievement Center (AAC) and Language Resource Center (LRC). This position oversees tutor hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management while also serving as a liaison between the AAC/LRC and academic departments. The coordinator provides direct and indirect support to students and assists with program development and outreach. In the absence of the Director, this position helps guide center operations and supports broader academic resource initiatives.
