Digital Accessibility Librarian Overland Park Main Campus
The Digital Accessibility Librarian role supports Billington Library through the evaluation of library resources in compliance with ADA Title II and WCAG standards. The librarian works collaboratively with colleagues across the library and the college in the evaluation of resources. The librarian will analyze VPATs (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates) for library resources and determine readiness for meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The librarian will perform accessibility assessments of diverse digital materials, including e-books, databases, streaming media, and website content, using established checklists and guidelines. The librarian will identify and document common WCAG and ADA Title II non-compliance issues such as missing alternative text, insufficient color contrast, incorrect reading order, and improper heading structures. This position reports to the Collection Development Librarian.
Lab Technician, MFAB Overland Park Main Campus

Lansing Correctional Facility Education Coordinator West Park (WPK)
The Lansing Correctional Facility Education Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and continuously improving adult education, GED preparation, and related educational services within the Lansing Correctional Facility, Johnson County Adult Residential Center, and Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Olathe Jails. The position provides leadership for program operations, instructional quality, staff development, student success initiatives, compliance requirements, and partnerships with KDOC and community stakeholders. The incumbent ensures educational services align with federal, state, KBOR, KDOC, and JCCC requirements while promoting student achievement, transition planning, and postsecondary readiness. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position at the Lansing Correctional Facility. This position reports to Program Director, JCAE.
Tutor III, SRC Biology Overland Park Main Campus
SRC Tutor - Biology, provides academic support for students taking Biology and/or Environmental Science courses through a variety of modalities and methods in higher-level courses and content, incorporating executive functioning skills; refer students to other relevant resources. Assist with creation and implementation of center-specific projects and training as appropriate; work with various campus partners to create learning opportunities for students; assist in other daily activities in the relevant center. This position will also be responsible for training and mentoring Embedded Tutors hired for Life Science courses.

The Receptionist/Office Assistant, Adult Education & Literacy supports JCCC's mission by serving as the primary administrative and operational link for adult education programs. This role delivers excellent customer service through student intake and registration for ABE, GED, and ESL courses, while directly assisting instructors with outreach and classroom materials. Additionally, the position ensures program compliance and funding integrity by managing confidential records and tracking data in state systems, handles basic bookkeeping and event coordination for leadership, and communicates vital facility safety protocols to maintain a secure learning environment.
