Assistant Professor, Computer Science and Information Systems Overland Park Main Campus
This full-time faculty position begins in August 2026 in the Computer Science and Information Systems (CSIS) department. CSIS encompasses computer science, information systems, data science/data analytics, and is currently developing applied artificial intelligence courses. Current CSIS needs include developing and teaching courses in data science/data analytics and applied artificial intelligence. Full-time CSIS faculty are required to teach an average of 15 credit hours per semester. Teaching assignments may be any combination of face-to-face, hybrid, online, day or evening, and are subject to change as needed. Regular on-campus presence is required. The selected candidate is expected to demonstrate mastery of subject matter, teaching, and evaluation of student learning. Faculty participate in professional development and college/division/program activities, support college policies and procedures, and contribute to the growth and enhancement of college mission and programs. This position demands collaboration across the department and the ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and maintain relationships with industry and academic partners. Adjunct Faculty Mathematics Overland Park Main Campus
Teach one or more mathematics and/or statistics courses ranging from Contemporary Math through Differential Equations and Business Statistics. Classes will be available during the summer, fall, and spring semesters and will be taught on the JCCC campus in a face-to-face format.
Coordinator, Food Production Overland Park Main Campus
In this role, you will support the Food Court Supervisor in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. You will lead and oversee kitchen staff, assist with food preparation, manage inventory, and help maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized work environment. Adjunct Faculty, HVAC Overland Park Main Campus
The ideal candidate for Adjunct Assistant Professor HVAC, will have working knowledge and experience working with heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning equipment. This position requires the availability to teach between the hours of 6:00pm and 9:00pm. Monday and Wednesday nights OR Tuesdays and Thursday nights.
