Administrative Assistant, Bookstore Overland Park Main Campus
Perform a variety of administrative support duties for Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Bookstore to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Success Coach Overland Park Main Campus
The Success Coach at JCCC empowers students to achieve their academic and personal goals by providing holistic onboarding, first-semester course information, and ongoing coaching. Utilizing a coaching framework, the Success Coach assists students with onboarding and refers them to Counselors for appropriate first semester courses and information. Serving as a consistent resource throughout new students' enrollment, the coach builds accountability, self-efficacy, and connects students with essential resources. JCCC Success Coaches serve as a continued point-of-contact for the student as they onboard and progress through their journey at JCCC.
Adjunct Faculty, Health and Wellness Overland Park Main Campus
The Health and Wellness Department is seeking adjunct faculty to teach credit Sport Management courses within the department curriculum. These course are taught every semester and are currently offered online, but could have potential to also offer on campus face to face as well. The successful applicant for this job will teach the equivalent of 1-9 credit hours per semester in the HPER department. This person will perform other duties expected of adjunct faculty, to include collaborating and working successfully with other full-time and adjunct faculty in the HPER department and other duties as assigned. Additional responsibilities include: Participate in the planning and administration of all departmental initiatives. Participate in on-campus events promoting health and wellness. Complete on line departmental training as needed.

Compensation Specialist Overland Park Main Campus
The Compensation Specialist supports JCCC by performing administration, maintenance, and analysis of compensation programs to ensure accurate, competitive, and equitable employee pay practices. This role is responsible for maintaining HR and compensation data within HR systems, processing employee transactions, and supporting compensation-related projects and reporting. The incumbent would assist with job evaluations, position management, and the development of salary offers for new hires and internal promotions. This role contributes to the administration of compensation programs, including the annual salary increase process, and participates in external compensation surveys and market research. The incumbent will work with HR, Payroll, Finance, and leadership to resolve data and process issues, ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, and maintain accurate compensation records and provide customer service to employees and leaders by responding to compensation-related inquiries and assisting with analyses that inform compensation decisions.
