Compensation Specialist Overland Park Main Campus
Assist and contribute to the development and administration of Johnson County Community College’s (JCCC’s) compensation program that ensures the college attracts, retains, and engages a motivated and skilled workforce by offering a competitive and equitable compensation package.
Administrative Cashier Assistant Overland Park Main Campus
Count over 28 cash drawers daily, rebuild all cash drawers for retail and catering, prepare deposits, identify overage/shortage, scan invoices, filing, digitize invoices. Perform dining services duties, prepare, stock, and serve food safely and accurately according to local, state, and departmental guidelines.
Lab Technician, MFAB Overland Park Main Campus
The PT laboratory technician will work with other part-time and full-time lab techs at the direction of the Chair of the MFAB department. The task will include preparing materials, maintaining equipment and ordering supplies. These duties help to create a safe organized working environment and allows the various night instructors that use the lab more time with the students. This will be one of two PT lab technicians.
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Practical Nursing Olathe Health Education Center (OHEC)
The practical nursing program is growing and we are seeking clinical and lab faculty to assist us with our full-time day and part-time evening/weekend students. If you have Medical Surgical and/or long-term care experience we would like to meet with you. The adjunct faculty assist in our skill lab and external clinical settings. Faculty will be oriented to the lab and clinical setting prior to working directly with students. Teach a maximum of 200 contact hours/semester of lab, clinical and/or simulation instruction for practical nursing students which may include Medical-Surgical Nursing, and/or Long-Term Care Nursing. The ideal candidate is one who: - Has demonstrated strong nursing clinical and assessment skills - Is comfortable with technology - Works well in collaboration with others - Is committed to the mission of the community college - Is familiar with the scope of practice of an LPN
Assistant Professor, Information Technology Overland Park Main Campus
This faculty position in the Information Technology department is within the Computing Sciences and Information Technology Division. The Faculty member is expected to possess expert level knowledge in the IT discipline. The Faculty member will carry teaching load in a variety of IT areas including: networking, systems administration, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. The faculty member is expected to demonstrate competence in mastery of subject matter, professional development, teaching performance, evaluation of student learning, participation in college/division/program activities, support college policies and procedures, and contribution to the growth and enhancement of college mission and programs. This position demands a positive team player, with leadership and project management skills. This position is on-site in Overland Park, Kansas and starts Spring 2026.
